“Good value for money, and it's near Jonker Walk right beside the river. Mornings were lovely for a stroll along the riverside. I especially appreciated the free Wi-Fi, which even some bigger hotels don't offer. Also, the no-shoes rule meant I didn't need to bring bathroom sandals.”

“Very clean, a really bright living room, drinks for sale (though I didn't buy any), clean bed, clean toilet, toilet tissue provided, nice boss, and a map of Melaka town highlighting tourist attractions — I could simply walk around.”

“I was sceptical after reading the reviews, but I was proven wrong. This place is great! We arrived very late (1am) after a delayed flight, and our cab had trouble finding it — no problem — a friendly staff member cycled down to the local cafe and picked us up with a big smile. The rooms are small but newly decorated and functional, the place has a very happy vibe, and it's kept scrupulously clean. Great location in the heart of Chinatown, backing onto the peaceful river. Fantastic!”
